Holding a Ball

Personal Training Sessions

This lesson offers a new and exciting approach to your volleyball training. I developed my Personal Training Sessions from drills and lessons used by some of the most elite athletes. I know that practice makes perfect, but there is no perfect. But there is executing at a high level repeatedly, so keep practicing with me. Schedule a private one on one lesson today.

We'll set up a system that plays to the players' strengths, while understanding that teams that serve tough and control the ball are usually the ones that win. Off the court, we want our players to embrace the fact that they are leaders, and on the court, hopefully we are inspiring others with how we compete together.
